What is the MS-700 handle used for?
The handle holds the batteries that power the detector, so you can carry the MS-700 on foot for a whole survey. Medusa says it holds two, three or four batteries, depending on the detector. For longer surveys, any power bank can act as backup through the USB connection.
Remove the M4 screws between the blue detector caps and the aluminium handle to take it off. This lets you switch between handheld use and mounting the detector under a drone.
