Plan prices are a percentage of the drone's price excluding GST. For example, on a drone priced at ₹1,00,000, the 1 Year Comprehensive Extended Warranty costs ₹2,500, plus 18% GST as with every price on the site.

Who provides the warranty on drones bought from HobiTech?
HobiTech does. The 1-Year Premium Warranty on DJI drones is HobiTech's own warranty, and claims are handled by our team and our in-house drone repair lab in Bengaluru.
What does the 1-year HobiTech warranty cover?
Manufacturing, motor, gimbal, electronic and battery faults on new drones bought from HobiTech. It is included free with every new drone.
How much does an extended warranty or AMC cost?
Each plan is priced as a percentage of the drone's price excluding GST: 2.5% for the 1 Year Comprehensive Extended Warranty, and 5% for the 2 Years Comprehensive Extended Warranty or an Annual Maintenance Contract.
Are remote controllers covered by the warranty?
No. Remote controllers, including the DJI RC-N3, count as accessories and are not covered by the standard warranty.
Can I transfer an extended warranty if I sell my drone?
Yes, the 1 Year Comprehensive Extended Warranty is transferable on resale. For other plans, ask us before you sell. If you are selling or upgrading, see buy, sell and exchange.
