UgCS Licences

Every UgCS licence SPH Engineering issues, supplied in India by HobiTech. The three planning editions — PRO for photogrammetry and mapping, EXPERT for LiDAR and geophysical work, ENTERPRISE for teams and fleets — each come as a monthly or yearly subscription, a perpetual licence, or an annual support and updates renewal. Mapper is the in-field processing tool and Commander runs control-room operations. Two more sit alongside them: an additional device licence, for a pilot who plans on a desktop and flies from a field laptop, and an upgrade licence for moving an existing licence up a tier. UgCS is desktop flight planning software for automated drone missions, even over complex terrain. In India it is used by survey and mapping firms, mining and infrastructure teams, geophysical crews flying SkyHub sensors, and researchers.

How to choose a UgCS licence

• UgCS PRO: automatic photogrammetry, facade, corridor and area scan tools, area scans for geophysical sensors, multi-drone missions, KML/CSV and DEM import, and offline planning and flying.
• UgCS EXPERT: adds the automatic LiDAR tools; SPH Engineering calls it the best choice for professional pilots and LiDAR work.
• UgCS ENTERPRISE: for teams and drone service providers.
• Add-ons: UgCS Mapper for offline 2D maps and elevation models in the field, UgCS Commander for running several drones at once, the additional device licence and the upgrade licence.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need UgCS for SkyHub payloads?

UgCS plans the missions for SkyHub sensor surveys, including area scans and True Terrain Following flights, and several SkyHub packages include a UgCS companion app.

Can I move from PRO to EXPERT later?

Yes. The upgrade licence moves a perpetual licence from PRO to EXPERT or ENTERPRISE, or from EXPERT to ENTERPRISE.

What does a UgCS licence cost?

Licences are priced on request, depending on edition and term. We send a quote with a GST invoice.
