Every HobiTech order ships free across India by DTDC. Orders are dispatched within 3 days of confirmed payment and usually arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 days of confirmed payment by DTDC and usually arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Shipping is free on every order. See our shipping policy for the full terms.
Where do I find my DTDC tracking number?
It is shared with you when your order is dispatched. If you can't find it, WhatsApp or call us with your order number and we'll send it again.
My order hasn't been dispatched yet. Is that normal?
Dispatch usually happens within 3 days of confirmed payment. If you chose to pay at our store or by bank transfer, dispatch starts once payment is confirmed. If it is taking longer, our team will keep you informed.
Can I collect my order from the store instead?
Yes. You can collect from our Bengaluru store and pay there by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer. Bring your order number when you visit.
What if my drone arrives damaged or with items missing?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We arrange a free return pickup. See our refund policy.
