Agriculture Drones

DGCA-compliant spraying and crop-monitoring drones from DJI Agras, Dhaksha, Garuda Aerospace, IoTechWorld and Marut. Tank capacity, spray width and acres-per-hour vary a great deal between these machines, so pricing is quoted per configuration. Tell us your crop and acreage and we will recommend the right platform — and explain the pilot certification your operators will need.

How to choose an agriculture drone

  • Acreage: for smaller plots, a 10–12 L Indian sprayer such as the Marut AG 365H (around 6 acres an hour, per Marut) is easy to carry between fields. Large estates and spraying contractors look at the DJI Agras T70P (70 L) or T100 (100 L); compare them in the DJI Agras series.
  • Charging: the Dhaksha DH-AG-H1 is a hybrid with an onboard generator, so you charge batteries less often during long days.
  • Spraying or spreading: the Agras T70P and T100 spread granules from separate 100 L and 150 L tanks, and the IoTechWorld Agribot A5 also broadcasts.
  • Quote: tell us your crop, acreage and number of operators, and we quote the drone, batteries, charger and spares.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an agriculture drone cost?

Agri drones are priced per configuration because batteries, chargers and spares change the total. Share your crop and acreage and our team will contact you shortly with a quote, before 18% GST.

Do I need a licence to fly a spraying drone?

Yes. The drone must be registered on Digital Sky and flown by a pilot holding a Remote Pilot Certificate from a DGCA-authorised training organisation. HobiTech does not run pilot training.

Which agri drone suits a small farm?

Compact Indian sprayers such as the Marut AG 365H (10 L) or Dhaksha DH-AG-H1 (12 L) are easier to transport than the large DJI Agras models.

What warranty applies?

DJI Agras drones carry a 1-year warranty provided by HobiTech. Indian-brand drones carry their manufacturer's warranty, and we help you claim it.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Share your GSTIN when you request your quote and we raise a GST tax invoice.
