Sampling accessory pack for the SensorX FluX Aero methane sniffer when it is flown on a drone (UAV). HobiTech supplies it in India as an Official Partner of SPH Engineering.
What is the FluX Aero sampling accessory pack used for?
FluX Aero is a sniffer: it measures the gas in the air drawn into it. SensorX delivers FluX Aero with a set of sampling accessories, a sampling tube and a sideways sampling arm. SPH Engineering lists a short-range nozzle and a pipe for taking air probes near ground level with the sensor. These parts set where the air is taken from, relative to the drone.
What it works with
- Sensor: the FluX Aero methane sniffer from SensorX Solutions. It measures methane down to 0.5 ppm and reports at 2 Hz.
- Onboard computer: SkyHub, which logs the FluX readings in geotagged form.
