- Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition” , Damage upon Delivery” or “Missing Accessories/Items in Box” has to be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- We hold no responsibility for product issues arising from compatibility with unsupported devices.
- You are required to provide proof of the issue, including a video of the unboxing and initial use of the product and the item must be in its original, unused, and untampered condition. All accessories, documentation, and packaging must be included and undamaged.
- The return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as an order number or a sales receipt and The serial number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system
- Certain products, including drones with activated software or personalized accessories, may not be eligible for return. For specific details, please contact our customer support.
Return will be processed only if:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its compliance with the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the product is in an acceptable condition, we will proceed to process your refund.
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model, product not compatible with other accessories.

Refund Options:
We offer two refund options:
- Store Credit: Receive a store credit that can be utilized to purchase other products from our website.
- Original Payment Method: Receive a refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, contingent on your payment provider’s policies.
Advance Booking Amount
The booking amount/partial payment/deposit amount is non-refundable once the order has been processed and the customer initiates a cancellation.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the secure return of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
