Radiometric thermal is the distinction that matters. A radiometric sensor records temperature per pixel, so you can measure a hotspot and put a number in a report — not merely show a coloured image. For electrical, solar and building envelope inspection, that is the difference between a deliverable and a picture.
IP55 sealing and two batteries in the box reflect the working conditions this aircraft is bought for: outdoor inspection in dust and light rain, often at short notice.

Airspace clearance and site permission are separate processes, and both need building into the project schedule.
Public safety and search-and-rescue operators should note that emergency use does not automatically waive airspace requirements.
