Responsible For

✅ Update product listings, images, and prices on the website. ✅ Coordinate with marketing for banners, offers, and landing pages. ✅ Analyze website traffic and performance data. ✅ Process incoming orders from website accurately and on time. ✅ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for order dispatch and tracking. ✅ Monitor order status and resolve delays or discrepancies. ✅ Handle order-related customer queries and provide timely support. ✅ Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART via calls, messages, and emails. ✅ Respond promptly to product inquiries and build positive customer relationships. ✅ Convert qualified leads into orders by understanding customer needs.
