MagNIMBUS atomic total-field magnetometer
Ultra-sensitive QuSpin QTFM Gen-2 atomic magnetometer for UXO, utility and mineral surveys.
Ultra-sensitive airborne integrated magnetometer system powered by QuSpin QTFM Gen-2 atomic total-field magnetometer sensors.
A unique system design allows flight with extremely low surface-to-sensor clearance, down to just a few dozen centimetres β and if the sensor touches the ground or vegetation, it will not cause the drone to crash, which matters for searching small UXO items over vegetated fields.
A self-foldable sensor mount allows easy take-off and landing without excess operator-qualification requirements, unlike sensors flown on suspension cords. MagNIMBUS is available in a gradiometer configuration (simplifies processing, no base station needed, and enables surveys near EM field sources like powerlines) or a single-sensor configuration with a foldable mount.
