Common questions
Does the warranty carry over on a pre-owned drone?
Where the manufacturer warranty period is still active, we transfer or disclose the remaining coverage upfront. If it has expired, we will state that clearly before you buy.
What accessories are included?
Every listing states exactly what is in the box — battery, charger, props, case and any extras. We do not sell bare units without saying so.
Which drone brands do you accept for sale or exchange?
We only buy, sell and exchange DJI drones — from consumer models to enterprise/agriculture units. Send us the model and condition and we will confirm.
How is the valuation calculated?
Our service bench inspects flight hours, battery health, cosmetic condition and included accessories, then gives you a fair, market-based valuation, usually the same day.
Can I trade in my drone instead of a cash payout?
Yes. Trade-in value is applied straight to your next DJI purchase, on top of full warranty and a GST invoice on the new unit.
What if my drone needs repair before I sell it?
No problem — our in-house repair bench can restore it to a sellable condition first, which can improve its resale or exchange value.
