- Any product received in physically damaged condition, damaged on delivery, or with missing accessories or items in the box must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Issues reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
- We are not responsible for product issues arising from compatibility with unsupported devices.
- You must provide proof of the issue, including a video of the unboxing and initial use. The item must be in its original, unused and untampered condition, with all accessories, documentation and packaging included and undamaged.
- The return must include the original proof of purchase — such as an order number or sales receipt — along with the serial number or IMEI of the product being returned.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
