Medusa Radiometrics MS-350 gamma-ray spectrometer
Compact 350 ml CsI scintillation spectrometer for airborne soils, contamination and mineral-exploration surveys.
A gamma-ray spectrometer (GRS) measures and analyzes the energy and intensity of gamma rays emitted by radioactive substances β since each element's gamma-ray energy signature is unique, the instrument can identify what it is detecting. The Medusa Radiometrics MS-350 is a well-balanced sensor suitable for a range of applications, yet compact and light enough to mount on popular drones such as the DJI M350 RTK or Inspired Flight IF800.
The kit ships with a transportation box and mountings for the DJI M300/M350 RTK drone (mounts for other drones available on request). Additional components and software are required to fly the spectrometer, so SPH Engineering recommends ordering a complete set.
