Live trainer-led course on Area Scan and True Terrain Following mission planning with SkyHub, for users with basic UgCS knowledge.

Can be provided at the SPH Engineering office or via video conferencing tools.
Prerequisite: completed UgCS Basics training (or equivalent) — trainee must perform an automated test flight using UgCS Area Scan or Photogrammetry routes before the session.

Training outline
- Planning AreaScan missions using DSM (elevation data)
- Installing/configuring SkyHub and altimeter on the DJI drone
- Working with Custom Payload Monitor to control TTF/Grasshopper flight modes
- Connection to the DJI drone using UgCS for the DJI app
- Simulation of AreaScan mission using the M600 Pro drone (flight simulation mode, no altimeter)
- Simulation of AreaScan mission using TTF mode (enabling, starting, interrupting)
- Fail-safe actions in TTF mode
- Planning/simulation of AreaScan/TTF mission where AreaScan is far from take-off position
- Simulation of a flight with a battery change
- Safety considerations in TTF mode
- Practical exercises — AreaScan with/without TTF, battery change mid-route, altitude limit handling, pausing/resuming TTF, Grasshopper missions
